1 (16 oz) bag frozen strawberries and rhubarb

1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup old-fashioned oats
⅓ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
½ tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375°F

Prepare the filling: In a bowl, toss the frozen fruit with sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.

Make the topping: In another bowl, mix flour, oats, both sugars, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in oil until crumbly and evenly combined.

Assemble: Spread the fruit mixture into a greased 8x8 or similar-sized baking dish. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit.
