 1 jar pistachio butter (8 oz)
 1/4 cup tahini
 1 bag chocolate chips
 1 Riches whip (8 oz)
 1 pint fresh strawberries, cut into smaller pieces
 3-4 cups shredded kataifi
 crushed pistachios for garnish

Add some oil or margarine to a pot and add shredded kataifi. Let toast for 5-7 mins till crispy and lightly golden. Remove from heat and let cool in a bowl.

Melt the pistachio butter for a few seconds in the microwave, just until runny. Add it to the filo with tahini and mix to combine.

Melt chocolate chips with rich whip.

Clean and wash your strawberries how you like - and chop into smaller pieces.

To assemble:

Take how ever big of a cup you want. - Layer pistachio filling - Strawberries - Chocolate - Repeat until the cup is full. Top with some crushed pistachios. Enjoy !
