1 box lemon cake mix from Duncan Hines
3 eggs
1 container of Coconut Milk (13.5 oz)

Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix for about 2 mins

Spray a loaf pan with oil
Pour the batter into the loaf pan
Bake for 35-40 mins
Glaze

Aprox 1/4 cup Pillsbury Vanilla Icing

A little water to thin it out (start with 1 tbsp)

Once cake has cooled, pour the icing on top
Cut into slices and enjoy!
