 14 oz canned artichoke hearts- chopped
 10 oz frozen spinach, defrosted & chopped
 2 crushed garlic cloves
 1 8 oz cream cheese block
 2 cups mozzarella- divided in 2
 1 cup sour cream
 ½ cup parmesan
 Salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan , sauté garlic , chopped spinach and spinach. Let the liquid cook out.

Add: cream cheese , sour cream , parmesan , 1 cup mozzarella and salt and pepper

Mix till melted , pour into a baking dish , I used a 9 inch round ceramic dish.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins

Turn on broil for about 5 mins till cheese is bubbly.

Serve hot with your favorite corn chips , or even spread it on bread
