 2 Ibs ground chicken
 1 full bunch of green onions, chopped
 3 cloves minced garlic
 1/2 tsp ginger powder
 3 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
 1 tbsp honey
 1 tsp rice vinegar
 Wonton wrappers (circle or square)
 Olive oil for frying
Sauce
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp honey
 1 tbsp chill garlic sauce
 1 tsp sesame seeds

Make the filling:
In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, sliced green onions, minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix until fully combined.

Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface.

Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture onto each wrapper, pressing it gently to cover the surface.

Heat a thin layer of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Place the wontons chicken-side down and cook for about 3 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and golden.

Flip so the wrapper side is down and cook for another 1 minute, until the bottom is crisp.

Remove from the pan and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
