2 Ibs ground chicken
1 full bunch of green onions, chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp ginger powder
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

1 tsp rice vinegar
Wonton wrappers (circle or square)
Olive oil for frying
Sauce

1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chill garlic sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds
1
Make the filling:
In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, sliced green onions, minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix until fully combined.
2
Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface.
3
Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture onto each wrapper, pressing it gently to cover the surface.
4
Heat a thin layer of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Place the wontons chicken-side down and cook for about 3 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and golden.
5
Flip so the wrapper side is down and cook for another 1 minute, until the bottom is crisp.
6
Remove from the pan and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
