Muffins:
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp baking soda
⅔ cup water
16 oz pumpkin purée
3 ½ cups flour
Streusel
½ cup margarine, melted
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup chopped pecans
2 tsp maple syrup

Mix all the muffin ingredients together.

Line a muffin tray with muffin liners, fill 2/3 of of the way.

Top with streusel topping

Bake at 350 for 30 mins (till toothpick comes out clean)
