2 cans of Sliced Pineapples
½ stick margarine melted
½ cup brown sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
½ cup reserved pineapple juice
½ cup almond milk
½ cup oil
3 eggs

In muffin tins, put 1 tsp of the melted margarine in each cup

Sprinkle some brown sugar on top

Open the can of pineapple slices (reserve the juice)

If you have a big muffin holder the full ring will fit , if not break up the ring to fit into the bottom of the cupcake tin.

Continue this process till all slots are filled.

Make the cake - by adding cake mix, liquids and eggs. Mix with electric mixer till combined.

Scoop batter into the muffin tin , filling 3/4 of the way

Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins

Let cool before flipping the muffins
