 1 large challah (or any leftover challah from shabbos)
 5-7 eggs (depends how much bread you have)
 1 1/2 - 2 cups milk
 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
 1 tbsp vanilla extract
 1 tbsp cinnamon
 1/2 cup brown sugar

Spray a 9×13" baking dish with oil
Cut the challah into 1 inch cubes and add to the baking dish

To a mixing bowl add eggs, milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, & cinnamon

Whisk together until well combined and pour over the bread cubes

Gently press the bread cubes into the egg mixture, ensuring that each piece is submerged into the liquid.

Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat your oven to 350 °F.

Bake until French toast is browned and set about 35-45 minutes.

Cover with foil if the top or edges are browning too quickly.
