
24 Oreos
16 oz cream cheese blocks, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup crushed Oreos

Pre heat oven to 350F

Line muffin tins with liners.
Add a whole Oreo to the bottom of each cup.

In a bowl with an electric mixer, whip together cream cheese , sugar, eggs and vanilla. Fold in crushed Oreos.

Add a nice scoop of cream cheese batter on top of each Oreo in the cup.

Bake for 15-16 mins.
Remove from oven and let cool for at least an hour.

Top with whipped cream and a mini Oreo (or more crumbs)
