
Mini Grill Cheese Croutons
Soft Pretzel Bites (Pretzilla)
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Sliced cheddar cheese
Roasted Tomato Soup
8 tomatoes- cut in half
1 purple onion - quartered
1 head of garlic - top cut off
3 cups veggie broth (or water with consume)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt to taste

Cut Pretzel Bites into 3-4 slices - each
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush garlic butter on the sliced pretzel bites, add a small square of cheese on top, then the other half of the sliced pretzel bite brushed with butter. (Creating a sandwich)
Bake at 350 for 10 mins, then flip and bake 5 more minutes (or until cheese is melted)
Roasted Tomato Soup

Pre heat oven to 400°F
Add tomatoes , onion and head of garlic.
Season with salt and balsamic vinegar
Roast for 45 mins. When done add to a pot with all the juices. Blend with the broth.
When serving top with mini grill cheese croutons!
