Combine all ingredients

Roll out puff pastry

Pierce with a fork to make some holes

Lay on meat mixture, Roll

Put on a line baking sheet

Brush with egg wash

Bake 375 for 1 hour

Serve with mushroom sauce

Sauté 2-3 onions till golden brown
