
1 jar Pitted Olives (8oz)
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp red chilli flakes
1 ½ cups Olive Oil

In a mason jar Add olives and all the spices Top with olive oil

Seal jar , shake up and let sit in fridge for at least 2 days for best flavor.

When refrigerated, the oil will congeal.

When you are ready to serve, bring to room temperature.
