1 1/4 cups sugar
2 3/4 cup flour
4 tsp baking powder
¾ cup of oil
1 cup of orange juice
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup chocolate syrup

In a bowl Whisk eggs and sugar together, add remaining wet ingredients (besides for chocolate syrup) and mix till combined. Add dry ingredients and mix, don’t over mix. Just till combined.

In a separate bowl, add aprox 1/2 the batter. Add in chocolate syrup. Mix till combined and batter is brown.

Spray your bunt pan very well.

I used the Liebers baking spray with flour

Start with white layer, add chocolate , then remaining white and then remaining chocolate.

Give a little swirl

Bake at 350 for 35-45 mins.
