 8 jalapeños
 4 cloves of garlic
 3 tbsp olive oil
 1 cup mayo
 salt to taste

Pre heat oven to 450 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Cut the jalapeño peppers in half. Remove and discard all or some of the seeds, depending on how hot you like it.

Place the jalapeño and garlic onto prepared baking sheet. Toss with olive oil to combine.

Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven; set aside to cool.

When the peppers and garlic have cooled, place them and the oil on the baking sheet into the food processor

Add the Mayo and blend until smooth.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
