½ cup parve hot chocolate mix (about 2-3 packets)
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup mini marshmallows

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened margarine and sugars until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, hot chocolate mix, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the marshmallows chocolate chips.

Chill dough for a minimum of 30 mins

Scoop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
