1 Box yellow cake mix
4 Eggs
¾ cup Oil
1 cup Dairy free sour cream
Filling
1 cup Light brown sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
Icing
2 cups Powdered sugar
4 tbsp Warm water
3 tsp Honey

Pre-heat oven to 350 line or spray a 9 x13 baking dish.

In a large bowl add the cake mix, eggs, oil and sour cream. Mix everything with a whisk until combined.

In a small bowl combine the brown sugar, cinnamon and set aside.

Pour half of the cake batter into the baking dish.

Sprinkle the sugar mixture on top

Pour the remaining cake batter over

Use a spatula to spread it evenly

Bake for 30 mins

Prepare the icing while the cake is in the oven.

In a bowl, combine the powdered sugar, water, and honey. whisk till smooth.

Pour the icing over the hot cake as soon as it’s come out of the oven.
