
1 package- 24 pre cut mini pizza rounds
Sausages or thicker hotdogs, cut into 1 inch pieces
Spicy mustard
1 egg for egg-wash
Everything but the bagel seasoning

Pre heat oven to 350°F Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Defrost the pizza rounds according to package instructions. Take a small drop of mustard and place in the center of the dough. Add one piece of sliced sausage/hotdog in the center on top of mustard. Fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle, making sure to pinch the edges together to seal the hamantaschen. Pinch the three corners of the triangle together to form a tight seal.

Brush with an egg wash. Sprinkle some EBTB seasoning on top Bake for 30-45 mins till lightly golden. Tip! If the hotdogs start to pop out when cooking- just push them in gently when you take out of oven. Also make sure to seal the edges well so it doesn't open while cooking.
