1 Turkey roast
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 packet onion soup mix
½ cup orange juice
½ cup apple cider
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
1
Place the turkey into the crockpot and sprinkle evenly with poultry seasoning.
2
In a bowl, stir together the cranberry sauce, onion soup mix, orange juice, and apple cider until combined. Pour the mixture over the turkey.
3
Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the turkey is tender and cooked through.
4
Remove the turkey from the crockpot and let it rest before slicing.
Gravy
5
Pour the cooking juices from the crockpot into a saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
6
In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 teaspoons cold water until smooth.
Slowly whisk the slurry into the simmering juices. Continue whisking until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency.
