2 lb stew meat
1 bag mini potatoes
3 cloves garlic - crushed
8 ounces tomato sauce
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp silan or honey
1 cup veggie broth (or water with soup mix)
Salt & pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to a crockpot
Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours
