1 package ramen noodles, broken into pieces
1 avocado, diced
3 green onions, sliced
1 Persian cucumber, diced

Crisp the pastrami

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut the pastrami into large chunks and spread onto a lightly sprayed baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, until crispy and slightly caramelized.
Assemble the salad

In a large bowl, combine romaine, cucumber, green onion, avocado, dry ramen pieces, and crispy pastrami.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
