5lb Pickled 2nd cut brisket
Glaze
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard

Boil corn beef till knife soft (approx 3 hours)

add all glaze ingredients to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil

Slice corn beef , pour sauce over and serve!
