
10 puff pastry squares
8oz block cream cheese , softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Cherry pie filling
1 egg - for egg wash

Pre heat oven to 400F

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the puff pastry squares to sheet. If you are using bigger squares, slice in half to make 2 rectangles. If you are using mini squares no need to cut in half. Gently make an inner square with a knife where the cheese filling is going to go.

In a bowl, add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Whip until combined. Add to a zip lock bag. Snip the corner and pipe into center of puff pastry.

Add a few cherries and filling to top. Egg wash the edges of square. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
You can use blueberry, strawberry, lemon flavor pie filling to your preference.
