8 oz cream cheese (dairy or parve)
1 egg
½ cup sugar
1 1 pack cookie dough, defrosted. (Can use dairy or parve)

Whip cream cheese till fluffy

Add egg, sugar and vanilla

Mix till incorporated

Place cookie dough in an 8x8 dish.

Flatten and place the cheese mixture on top.

Bake for 30 mins at 375
Cool and slice
Store in fridge.
