1 box Liebers Latke Potato Mix
1 bag romaine lettuce
Parmesan cheese
Cesar Dressing
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
6 garlic cloves crushed
2 tbsp mustard
6 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp red wine vinegar

Make the mix according to the package Heat oil, and fry up mini latkes ( aprox 1 tbsp)

In a mason jar, add all dressing ingredients. Shake till combined!

When your ready to serve salad

Add your lettuce to a bowl, add parmesan, and top with croutons. Dress and toss salad. Top with some more croutons.
