
Dry Rub
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Buffalo Sauce
4 tbsp non-dairy butter
⅓ cup buffalo hot sauce
¼ cup honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Arrange the wings on a baking sheet (preferably lined with parchment or a rack). Lightly spray with oil. Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes. Flip the wings, spray again, and bake for an additional 20–25 minutes, until golden and crispy.

While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the hot sauce, honey, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a gentle boil and stir until smooth and combined.

Transfer the hot wings to a large bowl. Pour the sauce over and toss well to coat evenly.
