4-5 apples - I did a mix of green and red
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp corn starch
1 can cranberry jelly
Crumble
1 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup avocado oil
1
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2
Wash the apples and thinly slice them (no need to peel). Add the sliced apples to a large bowl.
3
Sprinkle in the cinnamon and cornstarch, then toss to coat. Add the cranberry jelly and mix until everything is evenly combined.
4
Pour the apple mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread into an even layer.
5
In a separate bowl, mix together all of the crumble ingredients until it looks like chunky, sandy crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over the apples.
6
Bake for 45–50 minutes, until the apples are bubbling and the topping is golden.
7
Serve warm (extra good with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream)
